Right of withdrawal
Consumers within the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Specific instructions and a model withdrawal form will be provided here before launch.
Condition of returned goods
Returned items should be in their original condition, including packaging, unless the product was found defective on arrival.
